Ria is our gem! She has been working with us for 5 years and she is always very friendly and very helpful. Name: Ria Desai Favourite quote: “No one is you and that’s your Superpower” What do you do at Orange? – I work at Orange as a Student Support Coordinator. My role is to ensure students are happy and feel supported throughout their journey at Orange. What do you like about working at Orange?- I have been working with Orange since 2017 and it has been an amazing journey. What I love about my job is the people I work with and the freedom of creating the way of working which works best for me. Managers have always been supportive of my new ideas which I extend the same to people who report to me. What’s your background? Where did you grow up? – I grew up in Mumbai (India). My childhood was wonderful. I grew up reading a lot of books and I was a big fan of sketching animated characters. I have a lot of memories with my family and friends which I always cherish. What are the values that drive you? Positivity, Kindness and Integrity. Your top 3 favourite Podcasts/Books? – I love listening to Simon Sinek Podcast. My favourite Podcasts are “A bit of everything with Adam Grant”, ” The value of failing with Suneel Gupta” and “Gratitude with Carolyn Adams” What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? – I enjoy catching up with my friends, sketching and listening to music.
