Last week our students visited the Immigration Museum. This is a museum primarily displaying Australia’s immigration history.
This excursion let the students talk to the personal working in there, that kindly answer all question that our inquisitive students has about this interesting place.
The principal purpose of Orange excursions is to create interaction spaces between Australian culture and International students to further encourage and promote practice of the English language skills. The excursion as ever was aligned to their study and important activities in order to help students improve their English related to the topic learned in the class, develop better understanding and complete the tasks easily.
At the end of the day, the students were allowed time to share their ideas about their visit to the Immigration Museum, how their day was, share photos and finally they all went back home with a new understanding about Australia and its culture.
