What with the bushfires and then the COVID-19 situation, this year has been off to a shaky start for all of us. The bushfires didn’t leave anyone indifferent and the severe outbreak of the virus compelled us to stop all the in-person activities, which involves delivering on campus classes. However, we stood strong and got through this phase by promptly transitioning ourselves into a virtual environment and continuing with our Online Teaching via Zoom without any disruptions in the schedule; after all education is the most critical aspect of our college.

It would be remiss of us not to acknowledge the fantastic work of our staff. All the departments worked really hard over the past few weeks to collaborate on setting up the entire Online Teaching environment, and assisted students tirelessly in transitioning into it. This time has been quite a journey for all of us, but we seem to have jumped over the initial hurdles with smiling faces.

There might be few more challenges coming our way but the OIC family will unite again, as always, to face them! We would like to use this opportunity to thank you, our dear students, for your continued cooperation during this challenging phase. If you feel that you need further support, please reach out to us without hesitation.
