In late July we had an extremely superb opportunity to ‘Stay Active’ while ‘Staying at home’ by being a part of the perfect ‘iso’ activity for both Staff & Students — online yoga session via Zoom. We had a superb instructor, Onwah, who conducted this Yoga Flow session for us.
This session was all about moving through asanas, breathing, core work to improve circulations and lift us energetically. This class was something that we all needed and the results were wonderful. By the end of it everyone was so relaxed, energetic and lively! This no equipment workout was so effective that one could feel their entire body fuelled. All that was needed was a yoga mat, comfortable clothes (who doesn’t love that) and a mind to enjoy the moves and stretch.
