Meet Keith Denijon Lacson
Keith Denijon Lacson is originally from the Philippines. While he is currently completing a Diploma of Building and Construction at Orange College, he is already working in an engineering role doing site visits and helping put together quotes for major warehouses and cold rooms. These refrigeration upgrades help keep some of Australia’s biggest logistical operations going, with some of the clients including Woolworths, Coles and some of Australia’s biggest distribution warehouse outfits.
The Diploma of Building and Management at Orange College builds many of the cultural expectations of the modern Australian workplace into its course to prepare students from a wide range of backgrounds for a successful career.
It hasn’t been all hard work for Keith though, as he has fallen in love with Melbourne’s cafes and restaurants. The bustling inner city entertainment of the Melbourne CBD isn’t the only attraction, as Keith also loves going to the beach.

While working to tight deadlines and needing to assess new sites and logistical operation quickly has been challenging, it has also been one of the most engaging aspects of his current role. The focus on strict deadlines and getting things done has been one of the major adjustments that Keith has made since coming to Australia.
Working in core logistics, Keith’s Diploma of Building and Construction with Orange College, with its broad range of industry focused skills, is continuing to prepare him for his burgeoning career.
