Learning With Purpose Project in Macquarie Fields NSW

Orange College partnered with the NSW Department of Education’s Regional Industry Education Partnerships team, Rhonda Stone, and James Meehan High School in Macquarie Fields to deliver hands-on building and construction training for local students.

As part of our Learning with Purpose project, participants built five pet houses, donated to Animal Welfare League NSW, gaining real skills that can lead directly into a construction apprenticeship.

At Orange College, we believe learning should leave a mark on students and the communities around them
